This app was crafted with the same care and attention as a late-night brew session: plenty of enthusiasm, a few questionable decisions along the way, and absolutely no corporate oversight whatsoever. If something breaks, there's no help desk — just a bloke staring at a screen wondering why it worked yesterday. You have been warned. Now, the serious bit.

No Warranty or Guarantee of Service

99 Batches is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We make no representations or guarantees that the app will be available at any particular time, that it will be free from errors or interruptions, or that any data stored within it will be retained indefinitely. The app may be taken offline, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.

Use at Your Own Risk

Your use of this application is entirely at your own risk. The operators of 99 Batches accept no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from your use of, or inability to use, this service — including but not limited to loss of brewing records, batch data, fermentation readings, tasting notes, recipes, or any other information stored within the application.

This includes, without limitation, any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause or the theory of liability asserted, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Label Compliance and Legal Information

The bottle label templates and compliance information provided within this app — including references to FSANZ standards, pregnancy warning formats, standard drinks calculations, and address requirements — are provided as a convenience only and do not constitute legal advice. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that any labels applied to packaged beverages comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

99 Batches accepts no liability for labels that do not meet regulatory requirements. This app is intended for personal brewing use only and is not designed or approved for use in commercial food or beverage production. If you intend to sell or commercially distribute any product labelled using this app, you must seek independent legal and regulatory advice before doing so.

Data and Privacy

We do not sell, share, or monetise your personal data. Information entered into the app — including your name, email address, brand details, and brewing records — is stored securely and used solely to operate the service. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, we cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted to or stored within the app, and you accept that risk by using the service.

In the event of a data breach, service failure, or accidental data loss, 99 Batches accepts no liability for the loss of personal or business information. We strongly encourage users to maintain their own backups of any brewing records they consider important.

No Liability for Third-Party Services

99 Batches integrates with third-party services including Supabase (database and authentication) and the RAPT Cloud API (hydrometer telemetry). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party services. Their respective terms of service and privacy policies apply independently of this application, and any issues arising from those services are outside our control and liability.

Donations

99 Batches is free to use. Any donations made to support the project are entirely voluntary and do not create any entitlement to a particular level of service, feature availability, support response, or data retention. Donations are appreciated but come with no guarantees attached — financial or otherwise.

This disclaimer applies to all features, pages, integrations, label templates, exported files, email communications, and any other functionality provided by 99 Batches, whether currently available or added in future.
